Senate Pages sick with swine flu

Six Senate pages were sick with what was believed to be the swine flu on July 29, 2009. Senate pages are high school students that work with the Senate during the summer season. Four of the teens were quarantined in their dorm rooms (which they shared together) the other two live in metro Washington D.C. and were told to stay at home.

Six of the 50 something Senate pages fell ill with what is "possibly" the swine flu. Many of the kids live in dorms, which is a perfect breeding ground for the swine flu. Jeesh. Remember how this swept through the New York schools? These kids spend all day around the members of the Senate.
