Mark Kerrigan, brother of figure skater Nancy Kerrigan, was arrested on January 24, 2010, and charged with assault on an elderly person. The arrest followed the suspicious death of 70-year-old Daniel Kerrigan, the father of Mark and Daniel. Daniel Kerrigan's wife Brenda Kerrigan claimed that he died of a heart attack but police in Massachusetts, where the family resides, have not confirmed the cause of Kerrigan's death.
According to police, Mark Kerrigan was pretty wasted when the got into a "struggle" with his father. He was charged with assault and battery on an elderly person. He lived at home with his parents. Loser should be charged with murder.
