The DEA in NYC is infuriated over the Health Department's how-to-shoot-up pamphlet "Take Charge, Take Care." City council member Peter Vallone Jr. wants to seize distribution of the pamphlets. I can't find any information on where these booklets are being distributed...but I assume it's not in local schools...This is a booklet for junkies with tips on how to avoid things like getting infections, and poking a zillion holes in their ravaged bodies. It's not pretty, but I assume this is stuff these people should know, as aweful as it is.
