"Tracy Kachtick Anders" is allegedly the woman who was spotted holding hands with Rosie O'Donnell in Miami recently. Anders is an advocate for gay/lesbian foster parenting and is the Galveston LGBT Parenting Examiner on Examiner.com If true, I'm very happy for them. I have just one concern...Rosie, with all your money, why on earth would walk around Miami in capri's 2 sized too big and a baggy ol' t-shirt? I'm all for the casual look/natural...Just' sayin.
