McNeil Consumer Healthcare voluntarily recalled several varieties of Infants' and Children's Tylenol on September 18, 2009. In total, 21 types of kid's Tylenol were recalled including the liquid formulas and infant's suspension formulas in different flavors. The company detected the B. cepacia bacteria in one of the ingredients. None of the products were found to have the bacteria but as a precaution, the products were recalled. Great. Just in time for back-to-school, when everyone gets sick.
