Actor David Hasselhoff has been hospitalized for alcohol poisoning at least five times. The America's Got Talent judge and former Knight Rider star has had a long history of alcoholism. On September 20, 2009, Hasselhoff's 17-year-old daughter Hayley Hasselhoff called 911 because he had been drinking vodka for an entire day.
