Were Minneapolis police out of line? Watch the video...

A video of six Minneapolis police officers beating Derryl Jenkins was recorded on a police car's dash camera. The video was released to the press by Jenkins' attorney in August 2009. After the video was released, the FBI agreed to investigate the conduct of the officers involved in the February 2009 incident. Jenkins was originally stopped for driving 15mph over the speed limit. Jenkins was accused of "resisting arrest" and spent four days in jail. Jenkins required several stitches above his eye.
