Miss Universe Dayana Mendoza of Venezuela appears topless in the September 2009 issue of the men's magazine Maxim. Mendoza's reign as Miss Universe ends on August 23, 2009, just as the magazine will be released. According to the New York Post, Mendoza received the go-ahead from Donald Trump before posing topless.
