Goldman Sachs lawyer Todd Genger arrested in underage Internet sex sting investigation

Todd Genger is a lawyer for Goldman Sachs. Genger was arrested on July 27, 2009 after he allegedly tried to lure a 15-year-old girl, who he met in a chat online, into meeting him in real life. Genger's arrest was part of an investigation into men soliciting sex from young girls online. The 'girl' that Genger chatted with was really an under cover investigator from the Westchester County District Attorney's Office. Genger, who is married and has three children, admitted to having explicit conversations online with the 'girl.

This sleazeball is married with three kids. He had explicit conversations with an undercover investigator from the Westchester DA's office for three full months. He even tried to get the "15-year-old-girl" to meet him! He was arrested on Monday and released on his own recognizance. He's due back in court on August 11th. If he's convicted he could get between 1 and 4 years in prison.
